Were Hiring: Europe Finance & Administration Manager (France, UK, Turkey & Spain)Are you passionate about leveraging financial strategy to drive positive environmental and social impact? We are looking for an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring financial stability, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple European countries.Your Role

• Finance & Administration Oversee cash flow, financial reporting, compliance, and regional legal matters.
• Strategic Planning Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• French Association Management Handle financial, legal, and administrative aspects, including audits and governance.

What You Bring

• Over 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance, with expertise in European financial standards.
• Strong background in French association management and knowledge of business law and taxation.
• Proven experience working in non-profit organizations, particularly under French association status
• Strong knowledge of accounting, business law, and taxation
• Fluent in English & French (written and spoken)
• Spanish or Turkish would be an advantage
• A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in international or multi-country environments is a valuable asset.
