Role Responsibilities

• Work closely with FP&A, Commercial Finance, Controlling, S&OP and wider UK functions.
• Support monthly close processes by analysing the figures and adjustments.
• Prepare variance analysis, trend analysis, and mix/price/volume analysis in alignment with Commercial Finance.
• Strategic Planning: support the process for creating of mid-long-term financial plan.
• Support the budgeting, forecast and reporting process at market and channel level.
• Monitor the entire P&L and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate data-driven decision making, through development and implementation off financial dashboards, strong and more insightful financial analysis, and business acumen.
• Provide financial support to Ireland business (which is distributed by sister Suntory Beverage & Food company) & also Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business as required.
• Provide local support for SGS global budgeting/forecasting/report systems.
• Proactively identify process improvements and cost efficiency initiatives.
• Assist in special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Accounting/Business/Finance qualification/Part qualified
• 3+ years of diversified finance/consulting experience, preferably including experience within a multinational consumer product business
• A team player who strives in a challenging and fast-moving environment
• Strong analytical skills & proactive approach to problem solving
• Strong time manager, able to prioritise a diverse workload and deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Results oriented
• Ability to work well in a culturally and functionally diverse environment
• MS Office skills (especially Excel) are a must
• SAP experience preferred
