Position Overview:
Are you a numbers whiz with a knack for strategic thinking? We’re on the hunt for an energetic Finance Manager who can bring their financial expertise to this vibrant team! Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and operational metrics to deliver actionable reports and support the Category Management team.
• Ensure compliance with JSOX controls and maintain cost accounting procedures.
• Prepare financial reporting for plant operations, including budget performance and standard cost development.
• Oversee monthly financial closings, including inventory reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Production to establish and improve product cost estimates.
• Manage special projects and ensure invoice compliance with WA sales tax and exemption laws.?

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting or process cost environment
• Proficient in financial software, advanced Microsoft Office suite and ERP Systems
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a dash of creativity.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire others.
• Some travel required.

Flexible Schedule

Pay: $100-125K & potential to bonus up to 20% annually
Location: This position is in person in Redmond, WA
