As a Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in driving financial strategies and decision-making, ensuring the success and profitability of our organization. With a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of finance principles, and a passion for commercial real estate, you will contribute to the growth and sustainability of our business.WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Maintains financial systems with a high degree of data integrity to ensure sound management decisions can be made through standardized reliable reporting
• Manages all aspects of accounts payable, maintaining the general ledger (client), funding requests, balance sheet reconciliations, month end close and documentation of related activities
• Contribute to budget/forecast creation, financial analysis and reporting, benchmarking, and communication of process to client and management team
• Recommends and implements policies and procedures to standardize accounting practices and internal controls
• Prepares and interprets of the portfolio’s financials and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely and accurate operations reports are distributed to the client and our management team
• Ensures proper accounting systems and processes are in place and maintained in accordance with GAAP, Jones Lang LaSalle Internal Audit and Client Accounting Services SSAE16 internal review standards
• Maintains working knowledge of, and ensure compliance with, Master Services Agreement (MSA) and any relevant amendments or appendices
• Coordinates the audit of the controls environment for the financial activities on an periodic/annual basis
• Reviews all monthly checklists, internal control points and audit workpapers as required
• Identifies and implement process re-engineering and improvement
• Contributes to the training, development and manages the workload of the accounting team
• Provides discrete and confidential handling of sensitive information

• Strong people skills in order to work closely/present financials to the client
• Strong in Microsoft office (excel, access, etc).
