Salary: 49,600.00 – 62,000.00 GBP Annual

Position Summary

We are looking to fill an open role within our Hardware Controllership Team, part of Product & Service Operations Finance Organization. Successful candidate will benefit from working within a large Finance team providing exposure to various areas of business across Globe.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Oversee processes, Risks and Issues for Hardware Inventory Operations Globally

• Manage the Risk Review Process for HW Operations

• Review of Balance Sheet Reconciliations globally, understanding Risk and Issues and drive improvements

• Management Reporting on Cycle counts/other metrics for HW Operations

• Work with PWC and Internal Audit on SOX/PWC requirements for HW Operations

• Driving aged invoice follow-ups and timely collections

• Working with external consultants for timely completion of VAT Returns and VAT Reconciliations

Required Skills/Certifications/Experience

• Degree in Finance/ Accounting

• 6 + Years of related work experience

• Familiar with Microsoft Office Tools – Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint

• Very strong analytical skills with great attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues in all areas and levels of the organization

• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
