As our Cost Base Senior Finance Analyst, you’ll be reporting into the Strategic Finance Manager for Star Pubs where your primary responsibility will be to manage and govern the financial reporting of the Star Pubs cost base. You’ll play a critical role within HEINEKEN’s Month End Close and Strategic Governance Cycle by providing insightful variance analysis and highlighting key risk and opportunities.So what will you be doing? Here’s some of the key accountabilities.
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting of the cost base
- Challenge key deviations from the plan and proactively look for opportunities
- Business partner with key finance and non-finance stakeholders in the Star Pubs & Bars business
- Deliver clear, insightful reporting to enable informed decision-making
- Update rolling forecasts periodically, ensuring accuracy from the start
- Take necessary actions to proactively manage the cost base
- Work collaboratively with the business to deliver a robust, detailed annual plan
- Ensure the annual plan is underpinned with considered assumptions
About you
We’re looking for a commercially aware Qualified Accountant with a track record of creating value in a collaborative way with your business partners and stakeholders.If you;
- Can build solid relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Have a proactive and positive attitude.
- Can navigate robustly though a fluid and fast-moving commercial environment.
- Have a keen interest in and would like to learn more about the Star Pubs.
