Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the finance team and management team including database management
- Processing and reviewing financial information
- Prepare reports and invoices
- Verify information for accuracy
- Update and prepare Excel reports
- Develop, maintain and update systems and procedures
- Organize team projects to conduct special studies and present recommendations to the management team
- Other administrative duties as assigned to assist the finance department
Qualifications:
- 3 plus years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration is an asset
- Experience with financial processing and/or experience within a Government finance department is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams, experience with database management
