Our founders and team deeply understand paint, decorating, and interiors. We also know a thing or two about brand and growth marketing.We’re looking for someone to join the leadership team who loves the numbers. But beyond that, we’re looking for a growth-focused FC with the vision to take COAT to the next level. From the fundamentals of controlling and financial planning, to scenario planning and modeling – it’s a broad role in an exciting early-stage company offering huge growth and development potential.About YouAs a Finance role, there are some very clear responsibilities and qualifications we’re looking for – which are outlined in the next section. But beyond the numbers, we believe that hiring someone who can demonstrate the attitude and ways of working that power a startup business – and who thrives in that environment – is the most important factor.To thrive and grow in the FC role at COAT, you’ll should resonate and be confident in demonstrating these things;Humanity: people do things with, and for, people – not companies. Odds are if you’re accomplished in the above you’ll be detail-oriented and tech-savvy as a person too – which definitely helps. We’re a ‘solutions not problems’ business, and in such a rapid growth phase there’s always a lot going on – so you’ll have the full support of a tight-knit team but the freedom (and expectation) to act creatively and proactively alone.If you’re into interiors and home decor, that’s a bonus too and you’ll probably love it at COAT!Benefits
