We are backed by proven technology, prominent VC’s, and boast a global network and the resources (€30 million Series B funding in March 2022) to seize the market opportunityLook at for more information about working with us! 💙🎩 Your Role:We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven, and team-oriented Customer Care & Logistics Coordinator to join our rapidly-growing Fine Arts Operations team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, managing their valuable requests and expectations during shipments of fine art pieces. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing a crucial part of our logistics process, from the initial pickup at art galleries to the final delivery. Ensuring that this entire process runs smoothly is vital to maintaining our clients’ satisfaction.✏️ What you’ll do:Customer Interaction & Relationship Building:– Manage incoming customer requests, including providing quotes and utilizing our pricing algorithm or working on customs quotes for special projects (exhibition, fair…).– Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring responsiveness and high levels of service.– Proactively follow customer shipments, providing timely updates on the latest developments.Logistics Coordination:– Oversee and manage all operations from artwork pickup to final delivery, ensuring everything goes as planned and that KPIs are consistently met.– Coordinate and manage shipments across the globe, maintaining close relationships with our suppliers and logistics partners.– Book transport (road, courier, sea freight, air cargo) for artworks and ensure each shipment is accompanied by the correct documentation.– Proactively identify and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process to avoid delays and ensure client satisfaction.– Follow each transport using dedicated reports, tools, and shared platforms to monitor progress.Problem-Solving & Process Improvement:– Suggest and initiate process improvements within the Operations team to drive operational excellence.– Work closely with the tech team to contribute to the enhancement of current and future platforms and products.– Use data to analyze performance, track results, and inform business decisions.Team Contribution:– Suggest improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.– Collaborate with other Operations team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.– Contribute to the fun, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture we pride ourselves on.🧑‍🎨 This role is perfect for you if you:– You have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service and Logistics, including booking freight, supervising crating, or handling collections, is highly desirable. If you possess this expertise, we would especially love to hear from you!– You like handling your shipments from A to Z and be in direct contact with clients and shipping partner to control your supply chain.– You are bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.– You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and disciplined in daily activity planning, capable of managing large quantities of information over time and can work on several projects simultaneously.
