We are looking for a several Flexible Manufacturing Workers to join our team specializing in Manufacturing in our Components Business Segment in Huddersfield.

This is a fixed term contract working 35 hours per week. Working between the following 2 shifts:

• Days, Monday – Friday 7.00am – 3.30pm

• Nights, Monday – Friday 10.15pm – 7.30am

Salary is £23,700.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product to meet customer expectations.

• Maintain clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and perform planned operator care and maintenance tasks.

• Remain flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals.

• Participate actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Be able to support shift working.

• Prepared to be flexible within the team, shift and other assembly areas.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information:

• No previous manufacturing experience is required, full training will be provided. All you must bring is an open mind and willingness to learn. Good communication and collaboration skills will help you to succeed.
