Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is seeking dynamic and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We are currently hiring for a full-time position with a flexible schedule offering a competitive salary of $20 per hour. As a CNA, you will provide essential care and assistance to our elderly clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. – Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
– Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
– Monitor clients’ vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse
– Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
– Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
– Document all care and observations accurately and timely
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients’ needs are met
– Adhere to all healthcare and safety protocols and procedures
– Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and care team membersRequirements:
– Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Hawaii
– Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a CNA in a healthcare or senior care setting
– Knowledge of basic nursing skills and techniques
– Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, family members, and care team members
– Compassionate and patient demeanor
– Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
– Must pass a background check and drug screening
