– Pay – Minimum wage review and increaseWhat you’ll do– Welcome guests and build connections with them
– Attend to tables, suggesting drinks and utilizing upsell opportunities
– Open and serve wine, champagne and other drinks
– Create hand crafted cocktails
– Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies
– Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar area
– Process all payment methods and complete cashier reportWhat we’re looking for– Great storytelling skills
– Positive outlook and outgoing personality
– Previous bartending experience is a big plus
