A Day in the Life of an F&B Supervisor at hazelWhat you’ll be doing…Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

• Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets
• Leading the outlet teams and using their extensive food and beverage knowledge to provide incredible five star service
• Leading by example in the operation and supporting the entire food and beverage team, ensuring full rota coverage, staffing levels and provision of excellent service at all times
