We are seeking Food Production Operatives to join our client, a leading international food processing business, at their factory in Hartlepool. Weekly hours range from 6 to 46 hours, giving you flexibility to fit work around your schedule.
Competitive Pay: £12.98 – £13.22ph Basic hours with enhanced rates for OT and night shiftsKey Responsibilities of a Food Production Operative:
Work on the assembly line to process food products.
Perform manual handling tasks as part of the production process.
Ensure all work is done in strict adherence to food safety and health & safety guidelines.What We’re Looking For:
Ideally, you’ll have factory experience, preferably in food production or a cooking environment. However, experience is not essential, as we offer full training.
A strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
Willingness to work a mix of shifts including 12-hour shifts (days or nights) in a food prep environment, wearing full PPE, including wellingtons, overalls, head and beard snoods, safety glasses, and earplugs.Important Info:
Location: Must live locally to Hartlepool or have reliable transport to commute to the factory in time for your shift.
