AM2PM Scunthorpe is currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals for the position of food packer in Gainsborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company in the food industry and contribute to their production operations.

• Position: Production Operative Food Packer
• Location: Gainsborough
• Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour
• Overtime Rate: £17.25 per hour over 40hrs worked

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the production process, including handling, packaging, and labeling of food products
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and health and safety regulations
• Operate machinery and equipment as required
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Follow instructions and procedures provided by supervisors

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Hours of work: 6:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Two 30-minute breaks (one paid, one unpaid) will be provided

Benefits:

• Overtime rate £17.16 per hour

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices
