Food Science I Lab Technician $26 Hr

A leading food manufacturer working with name brands is adding a Lab Technician to its team. If you are looking for a job where you can participate with cutting edge technology and development in a cool laboratory setting this could be the right fit for you.  

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is comfortable both in a production environment as well as in the lab.

This is a full-time position that offers weekly pay and an opportunity to convert to a permanent employee.

Lab Technician Job Duties:

• Data entry, statistical analysis and file management.
• Performing laboratory analysis and testing.
• Gathering samples from production areas.
• Ingredient inventory management.
• Assisting scientists as needed.

You will be successful in this role is you have a curious mind and are open and eager to learn new exciting skills.

Lab Technician Qualifications:

• You must be driven by results and a keen thinker!
• 2 or 4 year degree – food science is a bonus!
• Your attention to detail must be on point – you are a great proofreader.
• Above average computer skills – proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Natural problem solver – and process driven investigator.

Schedule: 

 Monday – Thursday, 10 hour days

Pay: $26 per hour
