Temp to perm opportunityRapier Employment is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator in Northampton. You’ll be responsible for safely operating reach and counterbalance forklifts to load, unload, and move goods.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load/unload lorries and move materials.
• Keep accurate inventory records using WMS.
• Inspect and maintain forklifts for safety.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and heavy lifting.
• Work with the team to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of material handling and safety rules.
• Familiarity with WMS is a plus.
• Basic maths and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy items safely.
