Fostering Team Manager – Up to £50,000 – small IFANonStop Care are working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency (IFA) in the Birmingham area, who are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join their fostering service. The ideal candidate will have experience managing supervising social workers & will have or be willing to work towards their NVQ level 5.This position is offering very flexible ways of working, allowing you the opportunity work both from home & office, which will help you to create a fantastic work life balance.This independent fostering agency is offering fantastic training & development opportunities, allowing you the chance to progress your social work career with the expansion of the service, which will ultimately help to increase your overall work satisfaction.Benefits of this position include;

Responsibilities include;

• To ensure that all work undertaken by the fostering agency meets and exceeds the standards and expectations
• To develop and maintain systems to measure performance and quality against established standards
• To assist in ensuring Ofsted evidence is maintained following an inspection and is reviewed regularly developing to achieve ‘Outstanding’.

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England.
• An up to date DBS check.
• Experience working as fostering team manager or fostering experience + NVQ level 5 or willingness to obtain.
