You will also have the opportunity to acquire knowledge of multimodal transport (road, rail, barge, claim)Key Responsibilities
- Optimize transport planning in the most efficient way for the customer and stakeholders
- Manage transport planning
- Meet on-time delivery (OTD) requirements
- Follow deviations with suppliers and customer service to deliver a quality customer experience.
- Proactively and appropriately inform customer service, service centers and suppliers
We are looking for
- You have 2 years or more experience in transportation. However, a combination of talent and motivation will also count as a qualifier.
- You able to communicate in a timely manner and proactively, both internally and externally.
- You are results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- You are able to identify weak points and to engage proactively in analysis and solutions
- You are organized to ensure that all activities within the Intermodal Rail / Barge department are managed appropriately and on time.
- You are a team player who adds value
- You speak French and have knowledge of English
