DescriptionFraud and Risk Specialist – hiring immediatelyWe have an exciting job opening with our client who is a world leader for researching and booking travel tours and experiences. The company is looking for a Fraud and Risk Specialist to assist with reviewing and publishing industry-leading tour and attractions offerings, as well as supporting tour operators and attraction business owners. This will ensure the website has well-vetted suppliers and that customers can safely book travel experiences with the suppliers on the website.Employees will also provide customer support to assist customers with any additional checks we may need to validate before activation/validate their booking before the check-in date.Responsibilities Include:

• Assistance with validation checks of suppliers so they can advertise on the company website
• Quality assurance and due diligence for new suppliers and booking travelers
• Analyze information and make conclusions in an efficient manner about the legitimacy of the supplier/booking
• Understand and meet targets supplied so that we meet all our customer’s needs as possible
• Projects as needed by the Fraud and Risk Manager

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months experience dealing with fraud related issues
• Recent experience working in an office environment, any experience in the travel industry is a plus!
• Strong phone skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Must have daily access to a vehicle; there is no public transportation access
