• Utilize online platforms and social media channels to source potential candidates.
• Create and post job advertisements with clear and engaging descriptions.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Maintain open communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to enhance the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in online recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and clients.
• C1/C2 level English proficiency.
