You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while playing a crucial part in our clients’ hiring processes.In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. You will leverage your expertise to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment experience.Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across different industries
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients to understand their precise recruitment needs
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market insights
- Ensure clear communication and timely updates to candidates regarding their application status
- Document and track all recruitment activities for accurate reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and roles
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using various online sourcing methods and networking techniques
- A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing hiring demands
