Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a smile; ensure a lasting positive impression for them.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to optimize the daily schedule with limited gaps.
- Handle patient inquiries, calls, and manage confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
- Process insurance claims, billing, referral letters, and patient correspondence; manage and maintain patient records and charts.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
About You:
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience; previous dental office experience is required.
- New graduates are welcome to apply!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment.
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs are considered an asset.
