Do you have customer service experience and are looking to work in a fun office environment? If so, you might be a great fit for an Admin Assistant position that can start immediately!

In this temporary role, you will provide support for the management team as well as customers. It includes using a multi-line phone, filing paperwork, and offering general office support.

Admin Assistant Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Organizing incoming paperwork and filing accordingly
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Providing general office support

Schedule:
 Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm?

Admin Assistant Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in a customer service position
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experience using a multi-line phone
  • Multi-tasking skills

Pay: $20-22 per hour
