Are you ready to join the Fearless?Job DescriptionOur Academy House is situated in the heart of London, above the Flannels on Oxford Street. We are looking for a Front of House Receptionist with a passion for customer service to join our team- welcoming guests and completing administrative tasks as required.Duties:

  • Taking full ownership of the reception and all associated areas
  • Ensuring that the reception areas are kept in impeccable order at all times, liaising with cleaners, facilities, security and other departments as deemed necessary
  • Collating and delivering accurate reports on all aspects of information as requested from the client and senior management.
  • Reviewing existing standards and procedures while implementing new best practices to ensure a seamless delivery of Front of House Services.
  • Administration including Booking meeting rooms, Taxi Requests, Couriers and management of all post and deliveries.
  • Providing a high level of customer focus to meet the business needs.
  • Meeting and greeting all guests and visitors to the building and ensuring you provide them with exceptional service.
  • Assisting guests and visitors, occupiers and clients with their queries, comments and suggestions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Answering calls promptly and efficiently, identifying the callers’ requirements and transferring calls as appropriate.
  • Reporting accidents or incidents if needed
  • Monitoring and maintaining the back area, ensuring the fire exit is clear of any obstruction

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of IT with experience in using Microsoft Office Skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, flexible to work with a range of styles and personalities and according to business demands
  • Excellent customer service skills as well as organisational skills
  • Strong efficiency and self-motivated with excellent punctuality
  • Outgoing with a “can do” proactive attitude
  • Be innovative and provide creativity
