Front Office Coordinator duties:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phones, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including certified mail, and occasionally run errands
- Provide administrative support to HR and other departments as needed
- Organize office supplies and maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
- Assist with special projects, including organizing customer meetings and ordering lunches
You will be successful in this role if you enjoy helping people, multitasking, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Schedule:
Mon – Thur, 8:00 am – 1:30 pm – this is a part-time schedule
Front Office Coordinator Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, copiers, and printers)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, outgoing personality with a strong customer focus
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Typing proficiency (30 words/minute)
Pay: $18.50 – $23.89 per hour
