This is a 1-2 month temporary position as a Front Office Coordinator with an award-winning Benefits and Insurance Consulting Firm. This is a fully on-site role located in Seattle, WA.

This company offers a consistent Monday – Friday full-time schedule and the opportunity to enhance your administrative and social media skills in a professional, supportive environment!

Front Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing calls.
  • Calendar management
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external events.
  • Support administrative projects and assist with general office duties as assigned.

You will be successful in this Front Office Coordinator position if you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,

Front Office Coordinator Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of reception or front office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Pay:

  • $24.00/hour

Seattle, WA (Downtown)
