This is a 1-2 month temporary position as a Front Office Coordinator with an award-winning Benefits and Insurance Consulting Firm. This is a fully on-site role located in Seattle, WA.

Front Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing calls.
- Calendar management
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events.
- Support administrative projects and assist with general office duties as assigned.
You will be successful in this Front Office Coordinator position if you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
Front Office Coordinator Requirements:
- 1-2 years of reception or front office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Pay:
- $24.00/hour
