It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.FTC 6 months role ~ London BanksideJob Title – HR Transformation Change ManagerAbout the TeamOur HR Transformation team is focused on delivering improvement in Process, Systems and Ways of Working to Haleon. We have started to look at Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management and SNow enhancement. Our ambition is to simplify and improve the employee and manager experience when interacting with HR to drive better business outcome.About the RoleThe role of the change consultant is to guide and support the organisation through the transition by developing change management strategies such as change impact assessment, change readiness and delivering workshops to equip our people and drive adoption. You will ensure that the relevant stakeholders are identified, informed and supported throughout the change to minimise resistance and disruption.This role report to the change and communication lead for the HR Transformation and the team will be composed of four people.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and Implement Change Management Plans: Create and execute comprehensive change management strategies that align with the project’s objectives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing resistance. Including behavioural change. Complete training needs analysis and design and deliver virtual and in person training.Develop and Implement Communication Plans: Create and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with the project’s objectives, ensuring clear, consistent messaging across all stakeholder groups.Engage and Manage Stakeholders: Identify and engage key stakeholders, addressing their concerns and needs through effective communication channels to maintain their support and involvement. Work with Regional People Services Tier Leads to ensure improvement to processes are supporting People Services teams to achieve SLA and KPI targets.
