This includes:
, our human-in-the-loop AI tool helping practices decrease their admin burden in processing clinical letters. We use this to reduce staff time spent identifying codes to be applied to the record as well as suggesting follow-up tasks and workflow optimisations. BetterLetter helps providers save time, save cost, improve performance under audit and build staffing resilience. , our payer-focused tool for improving compliance against a range of quality measures including HEDIS, STARs, eCQM, MIPS and more. We help payers and providers extract information from clinical documents and integrate it with structured data to provide near real-time quality measure calculations and analytics.The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated senior-level Full-Stack AI Developer with a front-end focus to join our Applied AI team at Dyad. This role is critical to expanding the scope and impact of our AI platform while also taking ownership of front-end user experiences. You will be working on cutting-edge projects that harness advanced machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems in healthcare, and by joining at this stage, you have the opportunity to shape both the direction of our AI initiatives and the user interfaces that deliver them.Responsibilities

• Take ownership of front-end development on our BetterQuality product. Develop and maintain front-end functionality (in any modern framework or language) to present AI insights to end users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop AI-driven features and applications.
• Implement robust testing, monitoring, and quality assurance processes for AI solutions across the stack.
• Collaborate with other developers and assist in deploying new machine learning models for production use in customer-facing applications.
• Stay updated on the latest AI and front-end trends and technologies to continually refine our platform.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of production experience in software development. No resumes without this will be considered.
• Demonstrated expertise in front-end development including production applications serving users at scale. Experience in a functional front-end paradigm is a nice-to-have (e.g. Elixir, Elm, Clojurescript, Haskell, others) but training in Elixir (our main language for front-end) will be provided as needed.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare industry, especially working with sensitive data.
• Experience with AI or data science teams is a strong plus, including iterative ways of working.
• Knowledge of functional programming or Elixir (we will teach you if you’re new to it).
• Familiarity with data governance, data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR), and graph database technologies.
