Job Title: Medical AssistantJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant for a busy Urology office in Farmington/Hartford. This position will start as a contract role with the opportunity to become permanent. You will be working in a fast-paced medical office providing essential administrative and clinical support. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Key Responsibilities: – Manage and organize medical records, files, and documents. – Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups. – Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication. – Input and update patient information in electronic health records (EHR) systems. – Assist with medical billing, coding, and insurance claims processing. – Monitor and order office supplies and medical equipment as needed.Hard Skills
