Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers to promote, sell and activate Certified Pre Owned devices (CPOs) accessories, and related products
• Test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones and tablets
• Provide repair and replacement estimates for the customer
• Communicate with the customer to explain technical issues in an easy to understand, helpful manner
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right phone or accessories based on their needs and preferences
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience

Base Hourly Pay: $17 – $21Bonus Pay: Monthly activations bonusNote that the actual Total Earnings Range includes the Base Rate plus any additional earned from our uncapped compensation programs this year.
