As a Technician with ubreakifix by asurion, your role is vital to the success of our company. Our Techs interact with customers and diagnose and perform repairs, often in real-time. - Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices
- Bring sales experience to consistently sell the Connected Home product and Serve, Solve, and Sell on every customer interaction
- Learn and apply the details on the Connected Home product, how to gain an understanding of the customer’s technology, and how to offer and sell protection/tech support solutions
- Perform in your role and achieve goals by conducting sales, providing excellent service, and technical/repair support, and creating satisfied customers in accordance with Asurion’s Core Values
- Expand your knowledge of ubreakifix’s products and culture
- Deliver world-class customer service
- Be responsible for inventory management
- Organize same-day pick-up inventory, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and handling of packages to delivery drivers
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver on programs/processes
- Provide feedback on work instructions and improve process flow
- Self-manage and set priorities while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Successful Candidates Must Have:· High school diploma or equivalent preferred· Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products· Minimum 1 year of customer service/retail experience preferred· Minimum of 6 months experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting· Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems· Strong oral and written communication skills· Strong teamwork and collaboration skills· Ability to work a flexible retail schedule· Motivated to meet and exceed evolving key performance objectives· The ability to quickly adapt to an ever-changing environment· Willingness to learn and leverage sales resourcesWhat Do We Offer?· Competitive pay· Benefits including health, dental, and vision· Paid time off· Continuing education support· Ongoing training to grow your skills· An opportunity to get paid doing something you love
