TITLE : Functional Specialist Change ConsultantLocation: Toronto, Canada ( Onsite)Job Type – FTE or ContractJob descriptionBRIEF JD :We are hiring Functional Specialist Change Consultant to join our project team You will be part of the change consulting team and work along with business and change architects Your main tasks will be to elicit the l2 and l3 Requirements and to get business and other stakeholder sign off Work closely with the technical architects to come up with the solution and create the needed business blue print backlog You will also be expected to perform detailed requirements analysis documenting processes solution design and provided holistic solutions To succeed in this role you should be strong understanding and hands on experience Collateral management in Government deposits related to the US FED GovernmentEXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREDMasters degree in finance or MBA in Finance or closely related fieldExperience as Change specialist or Domain architect in Government deposits and Collateral Management DomainVery good understanding of Government deposits and Collateral ManagementExperience in working on large transformation programs for a full Change lifecycleExperience of managing coordinating and working with Sr client stakeholders and technical teamHandson experience and good domain knowledge of Government deposits and Collateral ManagementGood stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to work cross functionally to remove blockers for the teamAbility to elicit unstated requirements and document themCreating analyzing and validating detailed functional specifications L1 L2 L3 based on business requirementsAbility to analyze business requirements write user stories FSD and suggest relevant design solutionsExperience in building bespoke platform productsGood exposure to systems design including data business rules wireframes or other detailed deliverablesFacilitating design sessions with the business stakeholder solution architects and development team to define the solutionParticipation in all phases of functional discussion to provide support as subject matter expertise and to ensure smooth rollout of projectsSkillsMandatory Skills : BFS – Data Analysis, BFS – Generic
