This firm provides the opportunity to work on high-profile cases with impressive clients and boasts a premier Fund Finance practice, having led numerous sophisticated subscription and hybrid facilities. With extensive global relationships, you will engage in exciting cross-border deals while benefiting from clear career development pathways in a fast-paced yet supportive environment.​The RoleIn this role, you will advise banks, fund managers, and financial institutions on a wide array of cross-border financing transactions. This role is focused on fund finance, including capital call facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid solutions, GP support facilities and other tailored financing arrangements. You will also engage in drafting and negotiating key financing documents, providing innovative solutions to meet complex client needs and collaborating with professionals across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive advice.​Your Profile2-5 years PQE with strong fund finance experience and a proven track record in leading deals, ideally gained from a reputable firm with a solid academic background.Exceptional legal and drafting skills, with a reputation for delivering commercial solutions.Strong analytical and communication abilities, paired with high commercial awareness.Experience collaborating with multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary teams.Excellent transactional and management skills, with a proactive approach to client service.​For more information about this position, please get in touch with Luzaan De Wit.
