You will advise both fund sponsors and investors on a wide array of matters, including fund structuring, marketing, operations, and sponsor-to-sponsor transactions. The team manages mandates across sectors such as private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and energy, with expertise spanning both closed and open-ended funds, as well as private and listed structures.In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in fund formation and other complex matters, working closely with market-leading partners. The position offers significant responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to broaden your expertise across diverse fund types and sectors.​Requirements2-5 years PQE lawyer with solid experience in private funds matters.Strong technical expertise in fund structuring and regulatory matters.Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex transactions.Enthusiasm for business development and client engagement.Excellent communication skills, with a strong academic background.​For more information about this position, please get in touch with Luzaan De Wit.
