We’re looking for a reliable and skilled gardener to join our friendly team and help us maintain our reputation for high-quality service.Role Overview:As a self-employed gardener, you will be responsible for a wide range of garden maintenance tasks including hedge cutting, mowing, strimming, bed work, and other general gardening activities. You will be provided with a company van, tools, and support for registering as self-employed if needed. Your responsibilities will also include managing the work van, taking care of tools, and communicating with the company regarding customer requests or issues.Key Responsibilities:

• Hedge cutting, lawn mowing, strimming, bed work, and other garden maintenance tasks
• Maintain and manage the assigned work van and company tools
• Communicate customer requests and report any issues with equipment or services
• Ensure high-quality service and attention to detail with every job
• Work efficiently, maintaining a positive attitude and ‘Can Do’ approach

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous gardening experience is preferred but not essential
• Full, valid UK driving licence
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual gardening work
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude
• Must be based around West Berkshire / Andover area
• Reliable and able to work independently
