It also provides a comprehensive People and Organisational Development strategy and service for the people who work for NES and externally to NHS Scotland in the recruitment of medical and dental trainees and other vocational trainee groups.The contract of employment is with NES for the first two years of the Scheme, which acts as host employer for the NHS Scotland Management Training Scheme. You will get the chance to work and learn alongside some of NHS Scotland’s top leaders and clinicians.
