General Manager – Drive Motor Retail (Weston-Super-Mare)We are searching for a General Manager at our Weston-Super-Mare site!

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as General Manager.The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operations of a business. As a General Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, work closely with franchise partners, and ensure the success of our Weston-Super-Mare site.Package Details:

• Basic Salary: £80,000 – OTE: £120,000 (flexible salary structure for the right candidate)
• Working Hours: 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that account for opportunities across all departments
• Foster a culture where every employee understands the Group and brand vision, ensuring total commitment to delivering on these goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
• Ensure the continuation of the franchise on mutually agreeable terms and maximize all business opportunities available through the franchise
• Constantly review and develop new products and services, ensuring they add value and profit to the business

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a management role within the motor trade industry
• Successful previous experience of running a dealership
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to uphold high standards across the business
• A commitment to promoting a customer-friendly atmosphere and delivering exceptional service
