We are seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of a vibrant health-focused café specializing in fresh, fast-casual offerings. The General Manager will lead by example, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and consistent achievement of financial and operational goals. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for creating a positive guest experience, and the ability to inspire a team to deliver excellence.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.
• Lead and manage a team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Drive customer satisfaction through friendly, efficient service and high-quality product delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve financial targets, including sales growth, labor cost management, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a spotless and food-safe environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure proper stock of ingredients and supplies.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Analyze performance metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operations.
• Collaborate with marketing and promotional efforts to build brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with the company’s values.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of management experience in the restaurant or fast-casual industry.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance, including P&L analysis and cost control.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Passion for health-conscious and fresh food concepts is a plus.
• Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling tools.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
