Our client is a restaurant concept with branches across Surrey that specialises in all day dining and top-notch customer service. – this company is still expanding in the South of England with 15 sites at the moment and expanding, they have won many awards in the industry a great business to offer progression and developmentResponsibilities of the General Manager:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Leading and supervising the team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
• Maintaining the highest standards, while being very FOH focused.
• Ensuring and upholding high standards for food quality and presentation.
• Efficiently managing inventory, placing orders for supplies, and effectively controlling operational costs.
• Prioritizing excellent customer service and guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction.
• Implementing and enforcing rigorous health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
• Overseeing profit and loss (P&L) management to ensure the financial health of the restaurant.
• Developing and executing marketing strategies to attract customers and boost sales.
