AM2PM Scunthorpe is hiring a General Operative for our client located in Foxhills Industrial Estate, a leader in producing high-quality interior systems for prestigious auto mobile brands. They are known for their innovation and dedication to customer satisfaction.As a General Operative, you will be crucial to the production process, ensuring operations run smoothly and effectively contributing to the company’s success. No previous experience is needed, as full training will be provided.Pay Rates:

• Basic rate: £12.01 per hour
• Overtime: £15.97 per hour after 37.5 hours

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery while adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Monitor production lines and address any issues that arise.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless handover.
• Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Follow company policies and health/safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate production records.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Working Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating 8-hour shifts:
• Week 1: 6am-2pm
• Week 2: 2pm-10pm
• Week 3: 10pm-6am
