If that is you, join our team!DutiesReporting to the COO, assist in the busting of problems in daily operations and via special projectsExecuting on the Deel’s global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new marketsEnd-to-end project management on top business priorities including identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving rapid cross-functional implementationCreating data-driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data setsConduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapeProblem-solving and solution implementationProcess design and improvement, particularly for operations at scaleSupporting strategic goal setting and performance managementCreating and maintaining existing processes, workflows, and organizational tools.Navigating open-ended problems, including identifying and defining the problem before developing and implementing effective solutionsRequirementsHave 2 – 4 years of experience in product, operations, consulting, bankingHave 1 – 2 years of previous experience in a fast-growth startupProficiency in data analysis toolsHave a solid track record of achievement – e.g. delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities, or won competitive awardsExtremely driven and ambitiousQuick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environmentCan break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution stepsHave a strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize dataHave excellent written and verbal communication in EnglishBonus PointsYou’re passionate about the future of workYou have a natural interest in working with AIYou have advanced working knowledge of SQLYou have experience building consumer/business-facing products where you have to think about customer experience and growthYou have worked in multiple countries, cultures, and placesYou like getting bonus points 🙂Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
