Key Responsibilities:Support our repairs and maintenance department, ensuring our homes meet the highest standards for our customers.Work primarily in the vibrant Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond.Contribute to our ‘TradePlus’ scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.About You:Experience in window fitting, window repairs, UPVC door renewals, DGU renewalsSkilled in general semi-skilled works and eager to assist in various trades.Must possess a valid UK driving license.A commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations.Why Thirteen Group?We’re more than just a housing association – we’re a community builder.
