Join ITV.Your impact sends ripples.The roleYou will be responsible for providing support to the Global Content department at ITV Studios Global Partnerships.We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated Global Content Coordinator to join our Global Content Non-Scripted Team at one of Europe’s largest distribution businesses.The primary purpose of this role is to provide organisational and administrative support to the team in facilitating the flow of non- scripted content to ITV Studios Global Partnerships.The Global Content Coordinator is a key central contact for both internal and external teams that work with Global Content.Main responsibilities

• Manage internal queries alongside updating internal systems such as IGNITE and PARIS as projects progress.
• Responsible for Secondary Clearance Forms.
• Responding to general day to day queries from Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.
• First point of contact for all Marketing queries related to sales markets ie MIPCOM and The London Screenings.
• Organising the pre market sales conferences ahead of the industry markets, such as MIPCOM and The London Screenings, including creating slides and toolkits and potentially presenting to the wider Global distribution teams alongside the Global Content team.
• Working competently with Google Drive, handling sensitive information and dealing with confidential matters that are a key part of the business.
• Responsible for creating half-year and end-of-year producer reports, including sales histories, market and territory feedback as well as market round ups.
• Producing ad hoc sales reports for specific shows using data within ITV’s business portal software system.
• If needed, help with diary management.

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

• Strong organisational and relationship skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• An understanding of the television production and distribution business ideally.
• Familiarity with Google Mail, Google suite of applications including Word, Excel and Slides as well as ability to learn new IT systems.
• Ability to work on own initiative with a problem-solver approach
• Mature and professional presentation when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to deal with a wide range of challenging queries at all times in a calm and timely manner.
