Prioritise time with Global customers to drive business from new opportunities and established installed base. Create and build on relationships with internal and external customers across the world.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Coach and mentor the Regional Specialists Team within the account to produce selling strategies specific to EMEA

• Create account profiles for all existing and potential customers

• Develop networks with appropriate influencers with the industry and aligned industries

• Develop selling strategies to secure new accounts and relationships

• Ensure that new opportunities are created on SFDC

• Ensure that other HM sales teams are part of the process when appropriate

• Exceed financial goals by securing new business with Global Customers and Regional Account customers

• Leverage HMGA EMEA relationships to build success

• Motivate the Regional Specialist Sales team to win locally

• Provide feedback to HM based on experiences out in the field

• Provide timely and accurate management information to Director of Global Account – EMEA

• Regularly communicate with HM dealers and salespeople in other parts of the world across different time zones

• Support the creation of compelling and complex commercial quotations

• Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
