As our new Marketing Planning Manager here at Jabra, a part of GN. You will play a part in marketing operations and governance, the planning process with the Sales and Product organizations, internal communications, as well as ensure the maximum performance of marketing through performance management dashboards and investment in the right tools.

The position is slotted into one of three teams that make up Planning, Performance and Insights. More specifically, you will report to our head of performance and Planning, joining a small but mighty team that is growing in size. In addition to managing our marketing processes, which admittedly we need your help honing, the team also collectively covers everything from hosting cross functional meetings and internal engagement to keeping our marketing calendar and internal data (website, campaigns) up to date. Depending on your skills and interests, we have the unique ability to shape the role to what interests you most.

Core responsibilities:

  • Operations

  • Member of core launch team working closely with Product Management and Product Marketing on product/experience launches.

  • Collaborating with the Business Management and Marketing teams on Go to market strategy.

  • Collaborating with the other Insights teams on Campaign tracking and Launch evaluation.

  • Hosting meetings for the needed teams to stay connected.

  • Planning

  • Ownership of the planning calendar combining proposition and experience roadmap and campaigns.

  • Marketing Calendar of main events and timings e.g. Marketing Management team meetings, Trade, Sales and Marketing Events, MBRs, Planning week etc.

  • Internal communication

  • Hosting and planning our monthly marketing call.

  • Keeping our intranet and organisational chart up to date.

  • Marketing onboarding of new colleagues.

  • Marketing Academy and training.

  • Marketing graduate management support.

  • A confident and articulate communicator who isn’t afraid to be direct and push decision makers.

  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and able to think on your feet

  • Open to challenges

  • Organized and capable of prioritizing various tasks

  • Great at relationship building, able to collaborate cross functionally, earning trust and confidence.

  • Experienced in effectively managing multiple senior stakeholders.

  • Comfortable hosting meetings and speaking in larger forums, both online and in person

  • Fluent in English
