Our mission is to make the world brighter, and we need your help (if you fit the job description, obviously).About The Role – Now We’re Getting SeriousThe Paid Media Manager will play a crucial role in growing our paid media activity and expanding the reach of our brand across our 5 key global markets – UK, US, Canada, Australia and Germany.Working closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution, optimisation and measurement of comprehensive paid marketing strategies, in collaboration with our in house design team, across our paid channels – Meta, TikTok and Google.The ideal candidate will have experience in a SME accounts growth, creative testing, direct to consumer e-commerce business, and will be well-versed in juggling growth and efficiency on a day-to-day basis.Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position based in London, Southwark.. We are currently operating a hybrid working approach with a non-negotiable of 2 fixed days required each week working from our office..Your role will involve:

  • Working with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager to monitor performance and identify optimisation opportunities across our Meta, TikTok and Google campaigns, with the objective of accelerating profitable growth.
  • Liaising with our in house ads team on a daily basis to ensure creative changes and optimisations are implemented in a consistent testing and scale manner.
  • All aspects of asset coordination – gathering creative assets, implementing the briefing process, ad copy generation, coordinating brand sign off and ensuring that ad naming conventions and UTM parameter specifications are strictly adhered to.
  • Documenting A/B tests and experiments, tracking optimisations and capturing learnings.
  • Undertaking analysis to contribute to attribution methodologies and wider business ecommerce metric analysis such as AOV from ads or Blended ROAS / MER market wide.
  • Managing ad platform pixel implementation and regular checking, conversion API integrations, and managing our product feed to optimise dynamic ad formats.
  • Build and refresh first party data lists for effective targeting and manage the integration between our customer data platform and the ad platforms.
  • Responsible for creative strategy based on performance based decisions.
  • Support in ad platform commerce surfaces eg Instagram & Tik Tok shop.
  • Managing and building reports and contributing to forecasting processes. Be comfortable with forecasting spend levels and reporting on week on week / year on year trends.
  • Contribute to targeting and audience discussions and creative ideation sessions.
  • Will be responsible for managing a Paid Executive to assist with the day to day of account management (hiring soon).

WHAT YOU NEED

  • At least 5+ years of experience in managing paid marketing accounts within a DTC environment.
  • Experience within other digital marketing channels such as Amazon Ads would be advantageous.
  • Experience with a in house DTC ecommerce environment is a must.
  • Experience within an in house creative team producing a stream of concepts and iterations ready for testing in ABO, CBO and other testing structures.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify trends, manipulate reports and suggest changes based on data.
  • Innovative and able to proactively find solutions to problems such as unexpected low ROAS or CPA spikes.
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment. Ability to manage multiple ad creatives and parallel testing of concepts and iterations.
  • A can-do attitude and ability to self-motivate in and our of office. Must be able to manage themselves and priority workload individually.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills in order to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfort in reporting on CACs, MER, Blended ROAS, & other main ecommerce metrics and KPIs.
  • An ability to improve your results environment outside of the paid social channels. Landing page suggestions, discount structures, product imagery and alike.
  • An understanding of top of funnel and attribution holistic approach to paid media spend.
