About the role

We are looking for a creative, talented and passionate PR & Communications Coordinator to work across all areas of global PR, focusing on driving the brand and product strategy for engaging media (consumer and corporate), VIP, influencers and makeup artists.

This role will report into our Global PR & Advocacy Manager, and will involve working closely with Global Brand Marketing, as well as the Social and Digital team.

In addition, this role will work alongside the regional PR teams to develop, implement, report and analyse strategic PR plans to launch new territories, stores, NPD, brand partnerships and brand campaigns and engage with the diverse Charlotte Tilbury audience to drive increased brand awareness and sales.

As a Global PR & Communications Coordinator you will

• Support the development and execution of global PR strategies to grow brand awareness of Charlotte Tilbury (person and brand) amongst targeted audiences
• Promote and respect core brand values and work closely with all departments (from sales, digital, training & education, NPD, global, design and marketing) and partners to deliver integrated campaigns and relevant content
• Work closely with wider Global Comms team and Marketing to devise and deliver record breaking activity for each new launch (product, region or event)
• Help the Global PR team to guide local teams to develop and secure consistent, regular, quality and on-Brand advocacy (print, .com, broadcast and social) across all key advocacy outlets with key focus on ROI
• Develop plans to create an enviable corporate image for Charlotte Tilbury within the beauty industry and beyond
• Support the Global PR team in all reporting and analysis
• Manage day to day admin and lead on coverage reporting, showcasing attention to detail
• Continue to build advocate relationships and support local PR & Advocacy teams on their campaign execution
• Manage the Global PR Assistant and / or intern and oversee day to day admin and sample logistics
• Support with the execution of Press Days and events, working with the relevant internal teams
• Effectively manage and oversee Charlotte Tilbury stock, ensuring product is available at all times for ad-hoc requests and displays

Who you will work with

About you

• Strongcommunication skills – Both written and verbal, proficiency with crafting press releases media responses and alerts
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders efficiently
• A great team player – Presents strong interpersonal skills and has a positive attitude
• Has an understanding and passion for the beauty landscape as it familiar with key global media
• Familiarity with PR tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools
• Event Management: Ability or experience with coordinating events and assisting with production
• Great time management and ability to work well in a fast pace environment

Education and Experience:

• Prior experience in an in-house or PR agency role essential
• Degree in PR or marketing / communications related field preferred but not essential
