Leaving our local marketing teams to deliver on our regional goals in partnership with our Sales teams.With the scale of our 2500 marketing community – alongside our leading-edge Marketing Academy – your opportunities to grow and upskill will be extensive.About the roleThe Global Studio Traffic Manager plays a pivotal role in our design organisation, managing the workflow and project timelines across all Health brands. This individual ensures that our design projects are planned, resourced, and executed efficiently, maintaining a clear line of communication between internal design teams and other key Reckitt stakeholders and functions.Your responsibilities-Project Management: Work with team to lead end-to-end process for design projects, from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring projects meet their deadlines.-Resource Planning: Allocate and assign tasks to in house Designers, set due dates, and track progress, ensuring that design teams and resources are utilised optimally.-Collaboration: Act as a liaison between design team members and marketing to ensure seamless alignment on project objectives and deliverables.-Workflow Optimisation: Develop and maintain a robust project management platform/tool for tracking and managing the flow of design projects, ensuring transparency and timely updates to all stakeholders.-Quality Control: Monitor project progress and intervene when necessary to address delays or resource issues, ensuring that output remains consistent with brand standards and strategic objectives.-Weekly Reporting: Provide regular reports on project status and planning over the next month/quarter to ensure effective inhouse usage and external agency support.-Forecasting: Identify periods of high and low demand for resources to enable planning for staffing needs, such as hiring additional freelancers or reallocating internal resources, to meet project requirements effectively.-Leadership: Manages a team of design project leads for the different Health categories.The experience we’re looking for– Experience in traffic management, project management, or a related role within a design or creative setting.
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong organisational and communication skills, with a knack for fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
-Experience with project management software and tools.
– Familiarity with the design process and an understanding of how to align it with broader business goals.
-Ability to anticipate project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
