The energy behind the brand is infectious, and as we grow, we are always looking for extraordinary talent who want to be part of this our success and help drive our limitless ambitions.The RoleA key operational role within a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand, the Supply Planner will be responsible for ensuring efficient supply of products to meet customer and business needs.We are looking for someone with supply planning experience, who is able to develop and implement routine processes and communications supporting the availability of products for APAC markets. This exciting role is ideal for an individual that is able to focus on the detail of the supply plan whilst understanding the broader business context.At Charlotte Tilbury there is the opportunity to make changes to how the operational side of the business functions, and in turn gain valuable experience across the supply chain. The company offers a real chance for people to act in an entrepreneurial fashion, and grow with them as they continue their impressive growth.As a Global Supply Planner, you will

• Use inventory, forecast and replenishment data to create a 12 – 18 month APAC & China supply requirements.
• Use shelf life and inventory consumption analysis to prompt fresh product ordering through colleagues managing supplier relationships.
• Facilitate the deployment of inventory to China and APAC markets through system transactions and connections with 3PL & Freight teams.
• Create relationships with customer markets and ensure transparent reporting of time phased product availability to customer and senior stakeholders.
• Manage supply exceptions by reviewing all options to expedite including financial cost / benefit analysis.
• Continually review processes and ways of working to enable improved business results and share across peers to drive benefits across the broader Charlotte Tilbury Supply Chain.
• Establish and maintain regional stock policies, lead quarterly reviews to define and update SKU classifications and target coverage

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be comfortable with and excited by the following

• Work efficiently and effectively across a rapidly growing global organisation
• Maximise the delivery of sustainable improvements in supply chain KPIs
• Manage and multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to obtain the best outcomes for the business and minimise supply risks

About You

• Sufficient experience in a supply planning environment, preferably in the FMCG area
• Strong data analysis and manipulation capabilities, particularly in Excel.
• Natural problem solver, with a proactive mindset.
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to take ownership of projects/improvements right through to the end result
• Understanding and commercial awareness of the total supply chain including sales operations and demand planning
• Outstanding attention to detail, identifying and addressing anomalies
• Mandarin speaking is preferred but not essential Charlotte Tilbury is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where nimble mindsets, striving to deliver the best and wanting to be part of a global #dreaamteam are key.
